I ate cranberry walnut bread= ~100 calories
I also ate 2 grilled cheese sandwiches= ~500 calories
an orange= ~ 62 calories
Total intake for the day= ~ 662 calories
Then I went to the gym and burned 20- calories on the treadmill, then did a set of arm workouts, back workouts, and an 8 minutes abs.
My BMR is 1567
So, going just off of the amount that I know for sure I burned, daily intake today is…

Yesterday I ate 2 cranberry and walnut bread pieces, a pepperoni lean pocket, and then Cookout.
Cookout alone was a milkshake, a burger, a small chicken quesadilla, and two onion rings. Not a great way to end the night.
And no work out.
So disappointed in myself.
